This past weekend Gord & Torrey got me hooked on, I mean introduced me to, the wonderful world of online Carcassone. (The first one's always free...) After being beaten resoundingly by both of them (and several bots) today at lunch I finally, FINALLY won a game. Check it out. That's a 64 point city close to the middle and it's mine, all mine.
If you enjoy the traditional tile version of the game and want to play with people who don't live in your house, I highly recommend AsoBrain's online games. They're free, played in real time with a private chat for each game and you don't even get bombarded with lame-o ads. Settlers also available.

i think i have to ignore this post because if i pay attention to where to go for playing online carcassonne, my daughter will never be fed, changed or played with, and my husband will have to make himself dinner all the time.
ONLINE???VERY cool!
Sounds great! Mark hasn't gotten into Carcassone yet, so he never wants to play. Well, now I can play (as soon as our internet starts working) when I want to! Does it include any of the expansion pack elements, like the princess and the dragon?

Oh, that looks like fun! Good thing I don't have time to sit down at the computer... cause I would be hooked. Actualy, I am sitting here today working on a resume for a school practicum application. Tough stuff.. sure would be nice to slip over and play some carcassone.... resisting the urge!
Thanks for the great link!
have fun on your breaks.
